Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the promotion of Nicola Lutgert to chief marketing officer. In this role, she will be responsible for all marketing initiatives of the company’s 40 offices from Southwest Florida to North Carolina. In addition to overseeing promotions, advertising, creative services, digital media and communications, she will provide strategic direction of new development projects for the firm’s parent organization, The Lutgert Companies. She joined the brokerage in 2015 as vice president of marketing. A real estate and development industry veteran, Lutgert previously served as director of marketing for London Bay Homes, a top 50 luxury home builder in the U.S. Her extensive marketing background also includes work with national brands such as HGTV and American Express. Well respected in the Southwest Florida business community, Lutgert was named Marketing Director of the Year by the Collier Building Industry Association, and has been honored on the prestigious 40 Under 40 lists by both the Business Observer and Gulfshore Life.
